What we collect
When you sign in, we store your name, email, and account role. When you chat, the messages you send and the responses you receive are saved so you can return to them. If you set goals, track a workout, build a meal plan, or sign a document, those details are saved to your account so the experience feels continuous.
How we use it
Your data works for you. It powers the answers you receive, keeps your context ready when you return, drives each feature you open, delivers the Daily Word if you subscribe, completes upgrades when you decide to grow with us, and helps keep the service safe. Your private conversations are never used to train public models.
Who can see it
Your conversations, goals, fitness sessions, meal plans, documents, and client memory are yours alone. No other user can see them. Only you and a small team of trusted administrators can access your records, and only to keep the service running and respond when you need help. Guests who explore without signing in keep everything on their own device, never in the shared database.
How long we keep it
Your records stay in your account for as long as your account is active. You can delete any conversation, goal, session, plan, or document at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data from the app.
Payments
Subscription purchases are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of your plan and status, but we do not store your full card number on our servers.
Children and young users
Morefaithx⚡️ is open to all ages, including students and kids doing homework. We keep language appropriate and never share a young user's information with third parties.
Your choices
You stay in control. Review or delete any conversation, goal, session, plan, or document whenever you choose. Sign out anytime to stop syncing to your account, and reach out through the app's support channel if you'd like your account and its data fully removed.
